Sarawak Dayak Iban
Association (SADIA) is an association of the Iban
community of Sarawak. It is a non-profit and
non-governmental organisation established in 1984
under the Malaysia’s Registrar of Societies’ Act,
1964.
SADIA seeks to act as a vehicle to promote the
spirit of unity, common destiny and oneness among
the Ibans as well as to act as an agent to develop
progressive thinking among the Ibans. SADIA also
aspires to provide a channel for Ibans to air their
views and opinions on economic and social matters
that are of interest to the Iban communities.
Currently, SADIA has 35 branches throughout the
State and an estimated membership of 8,500.
SADIA’s headquarters is located at 2nd Floor, Lot
51, Bangunan Chin Poh Luk, Sg. Maong Bazaar, Off
Jalan Penrissen, 93200 Kuching, Sarawak. For
